Day 13 - Laugharne to Saundersfoot
19th May 2012
Following my second rest day, I'll leave Laugharne and head west again. After skirting inland around the Pendine Sands weapons test range, the route rejoins the coast proper at Pendine. The second half of the day's walk contains plenty of climbing as I pass Marros Sands before joining the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at Amroth. Finally I'll follow the sweep of the bay into Saundersfoot.
Distance: 14.04 miles / 22.60 km
Ascent: 2031 feet / 619 m
